Refund policy
30-day happiness guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You don't need to return the item.
- Order not received: if tracking shows no delivery 30 days after shipping, contact us for a replacement or a full refund.
- Changed your mind: return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive it, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
- How to start a return: email bekkabdr@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the refund.
